I have a room (unfurnished) for rent in my large quiet 3-bedroomed/2bathroom house in Eastern Passage, complete with beautiful oceanviews from the deck and bedroom.

Looking for Professional, friendly and quiet female roommate welcome, as well as mature students, pet friendly (pets considered)

On major bus route (60 Eastern Passage & Hertiage Hills) with easy access to both the Woodside & Alderney Landing Ferry Terminals & the Dartmouth (Sportsplex) Bus Terminal.

I am friendly, easy-going female with a small pet dog, who is also friendly and loves people (references & deposit required)

The room (with ocean views) will be available from the 01st September, and costs $550.00 includes

3-bedroomed/2 bathroom house with beautiful oceanviews in a quiet area on major bus route/easy access to ferry terminals
