Where is my NDP buddy at? As predicted last year there would be an announcement regarding the deficit and the NDP would boast things are working!! And here it is:

This is the article from the Chronicle Herald this morning. What a joke. They blew up the deficit last year by giving $340 million to Universities and adding it to that deficit. That's why the previous gov said the deficit was $260 million and Deloitte numbers were similar. We ended with $592 million.....

How is it everything that went wrong with NS last year is the fault of the previous gov and everything that went right is due to this gov. Unreal! 1 year is too soon for a new gov to make a difference. Now suddenly they have made a difference? Where is the $75 million that went to the Irving land deal, $60 million to Daewoo, the money added to the Industrial Expansion Fund etc etc. Doctor's billing went down!!!! What! The numbers look like last years numbers for the cons.....keeping the province around $250 million a year.

No wonder people are not voting! It never ends. Soon the budget will magically turn even better and before the election the taxes will be dropped and the numbers will look like Darrel walks on water.

I can feel NS forgetting what they are going through already.
